• Stoak, St. Lawrence(C of E).
• Ellesmere Port, Christ Church (C of E). A separate parish from 1871, comprising the townships of Netherpool, Overpool and Whitby. Extended 1964 to include Great Stanney. Registers of baptisms 1844-1965, marriages 1872-1993 and burials 1844-1941 are at the CRO.
• Whitby, St. Thomas (C of E). Built 1909 as a chapel to Christ Church. Closed 1996. Registers of baptisms 1921-1996 and marriages 1960-1996 are at the CRO.
• Whitby, St. Francis (C of E). Built 1937 as a chapel to Whitby, St. Thomas. Registers of baptisms 1937-1992 are at the CRO. Marriage registers start in 1987.
• Ellesmere Port, Our Lady Star of the Sea (Roman Catholic), Enfield Road. Founded 1909.
• Ellesmere Port, St. Saviour (Roman Catholic), Tarporley Road. Founded 1959.
• Whitby, Methodist Chapel (Primitive). Built 1873, rebuilt 1968. Registers 1873-1932 are at the CRO.
• Ellesmere Port, Methodist Chapel (Primitive). Built 1872 in Upper Mersey Street. Rebuilt 1900 in Queen Street. Closed 1968. Registers of marriages 1909-1960 are at the CRO.
• Ellesmere Port, Methodist (Pooltown) Chapel (Primitive). Built 1901 in Rivacre Road, rebuilt 1955 in Rossmore Road West. Registers of baptisms 1932-47 are at the CRO.
• Ellesmere Port, Methodist (Trinity) Chapel. Built 1906 in King Street, rebuilt 1914 in Whitby Road. Registers of baptisms 1907-1947 are at the CRO.
